Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for size issues, manufacturing defects, or wrong items sent.
- Sale, clearance, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Process

- We will guide you through the return procedure.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit (refunds are issued in store credit only unless otherwise stated).
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
